PLATFORM
This site is located on Memorial Drive just east of downtown Atlanta and two blocks from the Beltline. The project includes a 2 story commercial building on a parking garage and 20 townhomes to the north.  Active use facades accomodate pedestrians as well as motor cars.  The structure, wall panels, canopies and solar shades would be bolted for future disassembly.  Vertical sun baffles protect west facing glass.  For more description click below:
